Reviews
"Terrible customer service. No one smiles there. You can tell they hate their job. This is due to poor management which trickles down from corporate. The store DOES NOT keep it's shelves well stocked throughout the day. You're better going to the 2nd Street Location. At least they're nice and helpful. This store is lucky it received 1 star."
"absolutely terrible company to work for. Stephanie morales refuses to respond to me, after not taking me out of their system, I am now unemployed and unable to get my food stamps back because they refuse to remove me as an employee. very sad and unfortunate. Never work here unless you want to be screwed out of any help. They also don’t accommodate to any physical or mental disabilities at all. Over all just not a great place to be."
"Self-service cash registers were installed, but they still didn’t understand how it worked and why it was needed. It's 2024, artificial intelligence is developing at full speed, but Walmart continues to ignore progress and, instead of working with IT specialists, prefers to simply waste customers' time and block the self-checkout and transfer you to a regular checkout with a live cashier. No matter that you wasted your time and almost all the goods have already been scanned, your time is not worth the money. Well, at least then put up signs: “We don’t trust you if there are more than 50 items in your cart; We don't know how to watch the video taken from the cash register; We don't trust the worker behind you; We also do not trust the employee standing at the exit of the store and checking your receipt (a special function only works in our store). Just go straight to the regular checkout. We also don't understand why we've encountered self-checkout machines but don't trust them. It was just fashionable, everyone did it, so did we!”"
"Called for our pickup order and the phone number was not working. Called the store number and none of the extensions are work. We are using the pickup service because we are all sick in this household. My husband had to go into the store to find someone to bring our order out to the car. We will never do pickup service with this store again. I don’t blame Walmart. This is obviously a management issue."
"Very poor customer service. Walmart store 4239 refused to let me pick up my order while I was inside the store. This new system they have is time consuming for the customer and very inconvenient. It's no wonder walmart is losing money to amazon."
