A part-time employee named Kendra assisted me. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. She made me feel that I was the most important Raley's customer. She made sure the app was installed properly and I was able to complete my transaction. THANK YOU"

"Will never shop there again! I have been a Raley's customer for over 30 years. Went shopping for Thanksgiving. Great prices if you are a club member. Tried to set up a membership by downloading the app on my phone. Didn't work on several attempts, then app asked for personal information and a complex password that I would never remember. Then the cashier said it would take 24 hours until my membership would be valid. I then asked for a manager and none came forward after 10 minutes. Other shopping memberships simply use phone numbers. DONE WITH YOU GUYS!"

"I like Raleys variety of products. They have almost every food item I need. Also a good floral and card selection. Their pet aisle is good also. I shop the bakery frequently. Their produce is top notch, and they have great quality meat and a good wine selection. Some of the household departments are a little more lacking. I feel the employees are friendly and helpful. Peets Coffee is a favorite of mine and you can purchase fresh coffee and espresso drinks in the store which has a little cafe seating area. Overall I like this store. Not the cheapest store around but the quality is very good."
