"My experience with critical products and Custer service have been excellent over the last 5 years. This month I went to order batteries and accidently clicked the 3.5 connection vs rca. Customer service reached out before shipping yo confirm and immediately processed a refund when I realized my error. Their products have been running strong for me from their older wired power supplies to the new batteries I use on my rotary pens. They really saved me the hassle of having to return an incorrect buy on my end."

"Buyer beware !!! Ordered 2 batteries and wireless foot switch bundle. It is junk the blue tooth foot switch will not stay or will not connect together. The batteries that advertised as lasting 6 hour will only last 2 1/2 before they have to be charged. If you are a consumer they will charge you to send it back to get it fix but if you are sponcered artist they will give you free stuff to toot their horn on you tube meanwhile the screw the consumer. I have been tattoo 30 years and have bought many power supplies from this company and wanted to switch over to batteries but they have really dropped the ball on their foot switch -battery bundle. Will be looking for a better company in near future."

"HUGE Thank You to Critical! My battery froze mid tattoo a few weeks ago and I mailed it off hoping to just have it repaired… Instead, they replaced the battery with a brand new sealed unit! I’m a loyal customer to Critical because of their customer service and support. Anything can go wrong- that’s life, but having a solid company back you up is a better life. Thanks guys!"

"I’m a professional tattoo artist. I have my own shop and when I ordered the battery packs from here I thought everything was going to go smoothly. These guys shipped my stuff 3 months after I paid. Which was ridiculous considering I paid overnight shipping. So not only did they take for ever to ship the Order; they also kept the extra money I paid for overnight shipping. Do not buy here if you need your supplies quickly but if you have months to wait; this is your spot!"

"BUYER BEWARE!!! This company deletes bad reviews on their website to keep their good rating in order to continue to sell products with false advertisement. I purchased a battery pack for my Cheyenne Hawk Pen and the battery only lasted about 3hrs, so not even close to the 10+hr run time they advertised. I reached out and they replaced the battery and the new battery only had a 4hr run time before dying. The batteries also do not operate with the same power or consistency as a traditional power supply. I left an unsatisfactory review on their site because no one would ever pick up the phone when I tried to resolve the issue and instead of trying to reach out to me they simply deleted the review! So here you go Critical, you can't delete this one! This company is horrible and does not look out for artists in this industry. I will never purchase anything else from this company. What a terrible company."
