"If I could give them zero stars, I would. The barber ignored my instructions, insisted on using tools I told them not to, and ended up massacring my hair. I wasn't asking for anything fancy, just not to change much about the style, and not to cut much off. A bit after starting, the barber surreptitiously cut off virtually all the hair from the back of my head. Definitely do not go here unless you want something like a uniform buzz or a clean head shave--they won't be able to hear you describe anything else. And you'll be out more than $30; you'll also have to suffer the indignity of wearing the haircut."
