"My guys had a truck without heat in Reno and I'm located in St. Louis, MO. I was hesitant about getting ripped off because I didn't know the area and what shops were honest. Dominic took care of fixing the heat on my truck. Instead of just replacing the heater core, like most places would have done, he flushed the core multiple times to get it working as it should. Dominic is a stand up guy. I wouldn't hesitate taking any vehicle to Vinny's."
"I normally do all my own work, but this time it was beyond my ability. Two other mechanics quoted $3500 for the repair. Then I set an appointment with Dominic (the owner). He was very easy to talk with, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave me a very competitive quote for the diagnosis (about half that of others). He researched and investigated the problem, explained what he would do and what my options were. I did as he suggested and completed the repair in about 2 hours and cost about $100 in parts. He really knows his stuff and is out to help his customers. Imagine if everyone was this honest and helpful!! Thank YOU Dominic!"
