"Wife was leaving work and her car came up with a message low engine oil. She drove to this Oreilly’s and I tried to walk her through checking the oil. She was having a hard time. She went in and got a quart of oil and ask for help to make sure she didn’t overfill it. The people working refused to help her and told her she needed to go to a gas station and check her oil again."
