One of the tech was even apologetic for thinking he had lost a lug nut which was totally on me previously and they were willing to take care of it right away. "Ordered last minute and was accepted for appointment at 430pm. Julia was very prompt and courteous. When she realized they were out of stock for what I needed and had no time to wait for shipment her and Kenny went approve and beyond to help get me the best deal and stay late to make the best accomodations to get me on the road. I am very grateful for there attentiveness and prompt services. The main tire installer was not in and Kenny and Kenny Jr still helped me and installed tired for me. Julia was very helpful in helping me with financial assistance as I was not prepared to pay more the I planned. I will recommend these guys to any and all my friends and family. I want to give a 5 star rating to them and the company. Thanks bunches and bless you all."

"I brought my tire in to get it repaired. Kenny and Julia were a great help. Was expecting to get charged for my tire but they did not charge me.
