"Second order I have received from this company that had an issue! First time in was sent to the incorrect address. Second they sent me a 100ft of 16g after I ordered 14g primary wire. They will not respond to emails nor messages via their web site or Facebook. You would think after six emails and 4 message attempts someone would respond but nothing! Will be shopping else where for sure. The phone number they have listed is disconnected so ZERO way of getting in touch with them. Save yourself the hassle I’m dealing with and shop with a real company that has a working phone number and possibly have customer service to help you out! Wire products in Sparks NV is horrible !!!!!!!"

"My husband Greg ordered from wiring products and they shipped to our BILLING address instead of what was clearly on the invoice, a shipping address. It was free shipping to our MAILING address but we had to pay to have the items shipped to our shipping address. After we sent an email well over seven days after receiving our order and seeing the invoice clearly stating the correct shipping address, we asked for a reimbursement of our shipping costs due to their error and to date, we have gotten NO response. In addition, we notified them that the shrink tubing we received that was supposed to be for 2/0 wire would not even fit over a 2/0 wire much less shrink on it. Our experience with Wire Products has been very disappointing from the shipping process (how difficult is it to read an invoice and send product to the CORRECT address let alone send the correct product (shrink tubing) AND not bother to respond to a customer (who spent over $300)? I will never buy from this company again and I suggest you think long and hard before you are disappointed like we are."

"I'll keep this short. Snowbirds traveling north, batteries not charging, slides very erratic when extending and retracting, electric stabilizers not working properly , stayed at the Sparks Marina RV Park, ordered two 20 amp circuit breaker from these good folks on advise of fellow travelers headind North, one for a spare! After finishing the order, I noticed their address was in Sparks of all places....called them and told my story, Chris said come over, we have them in stock, drove over, got lost even with navigator LOL, called and Chris directed me to THEIR place. Purchased two breakers, back to RV Park, removed said breaker only to find out out it was a 50 amp breaker!!!!!, called Chris back... No problem, drove back, he had two 50 amp breakers waiting. They adjusted the invoice to reflect no shipping, and correct pricing I was charging the NEW batteries with a battery charger to get the slides in and out, while on the road. OK, it's not short, but Thanks Chris for all your help and patience, if 6 stars were available I'd give it."

"I have purchased some wire, butt splices and push on terminals from Wiringproducts. They shipped fast, I got tracking information when my order shipped and their prices are fair. I will be shopping with them if the need arises."

"I ordered circuit breakers for my boat. It was taking awhile to get the item so I checked the email I received so I could track it. There was no tracking number not contact number. After search the net I found the number called two days in a round not answer. Makes me feel like I have been scammed. I still have not received my items to date. Will not be returning....."
