"Trustworthy, honest, smart and swift. My car decimated a brand new battery and started spitting yellow fluid everywhere, I had to go to work and was so so ill prepared. I had it towed to preferred auto around 1pm on a Friday expecting my upcoming work week to be ruined, instead Leo was handing my keys and sending me off to my perfectly fixed car. The experts recognized the problems right away and had parts on hand, I was home and worry free when I had expected to spend the rest of the night frantically scrambling for solutions. Customer service was great and they kept me informed about my vehicle as it was getting work done. They had alot to do on my vehicle so it was at the shop for a little while.
