"Attempted to exchange a battery here for a ten dollar gift card, I was referred here by fellow bmw enthusiasts whom have used this service with my EXACT SAME battery. It is a 12v EV battery and it costs 500$. The lady at the counter had an extremely rude attitude and immediately told me they don’t accept that kind of battery while glaring at me. I wasn’t unfriendly so I’m not sure why. It’s a premium battery from an electric car, and others have used this service with my exact battery. But I cannot??? It’s just a battery and it’s just a service for recycling anyway…. Unbelievable, and the fact she was basically falling asleep on the job and looked incredibly miserable was just the Cherry on top. Autozone accepted my battery FYI and I will NEVER return to an or oreilly or recommend them ever again. Get some employees who know how to smile… for your sake."
"I'm from out of town Seattle Washington to be exact. I have stopped by to grab some front differential fluid and the gentleman up front was very kind. But what really blew me away was the conversation I had with Deseree. Are customer service skills are absolutely amazing. She's very personable very kind very helpful and very sweet. They were able to pull up my account for the company that I work for so I can continue to get my shop discount."
