Burger King

"Price is the disaster plaguing Burger King. The Texas Doublle Wopper combo is just short of $20! This now a gourmet burger joint. This is the same Burger King its always been. I hinder at the thought of going there so lose my business to their adversary and frankly worse competitor McDonald's. The only I go there is because my children are brain washed to love their chicken nuggets and McDonald's has an easy to use loyalty program that actually is pretty fair. Burger King's online presence needs a complete rebuild. You cannot access their general menu without giving up your location. This can be viewed as giving up my privacy to see what's on their menu. Pointless."

"Three people only working. Drive-through backed up around the building. They could not move slower if they tried. The guys are talking about where they used to work......my guess they got fired. The dude could only prepare one burger at a time. None of them could multi task. I worked fast food and totally understand that at this level of incompetence, they should close the doors on this place. Save time drive down to McCarian"

"I came in and normally burger king is just ok. But I was helped by a young lady named Emma and she changed my whole experience! She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and really just seemed to care how my experience went. While there was nothing overly special about my meal just the way she handled herself and put effort to make sure I got my order right and quickly just isn't seen normally in the fast food environment. She truly made my day and as long as she is working there I truly feel it can be considered the best burger king around."

"I live close by and sometimes it’s just convenient to stop here but every time I do, I regret it. Service is always terrible here. No matter what time of day, the employees act like they’ve just woken up and claim they are out of everything so they don’t have to lift a finger for you. Once in a while there may be one friendly person working the drive thru window and they seem to be doing all the work by themselves while I can visibly see others just standing around doing nothing and clearly having an attitude. I also ordered through the BK app and it took about 15 min for me to get there-when I arrived they acted confused and then started making my order. It took another 15 minutes for it to be ready (no idea why). So ordering ahead for pick up on the app is pointless. Fries are also usually stale."

"So the commercials got me wanting a delicious looking chicken wrap! If you like COLD chicken and a hard tortilla?? This is your place!! Thanks to the 2 h omo's at 10pm that provided me with a hard tortilla and some ice cold chicken. Never again kids. Never again!"
