"What a wonderful surprise - best hairdresser ever at Walmart !"

"We booked a 12:00pm appointment for 3/20/21. We arrived about 20 minutes early. One lady took me back, and did an ok job, except that usually I am asked if I want to donate my hair so they can braid it then cut it. She didnt. Other than that my haircut is just okay. The big problem came when I was done, and the other stylist came in, and took my daughter. She didnt wash her hair even though I asked for it when I made the appointment. She spent MAYBE 5 minutes, dry cutting my daughter's long red hair.....and it came out uneven and messy. When she splits it and drapes both sides over her shoulders, there are a few places just on the right side that is easily an inch longer than everything else! After that, she charged us the same for a dry, blunt, uneven cut as they charged for my wash and cut. When we asked why we are paying for something we didnt get, she said "We can charge what we want" and "Its all the same price". Ive been using SmartStyle salons for many years, and I have never gotten charged for a wash and cut, if it was just a cut......and a dry, blunt cut at that. Wont go to this one again."

"Didn’t listen to me. I was in the chair for 10 minutes for 25 bucks and used only scissors when I said I need a fade and taper. Nice older lady but thinks she’s sly not showing me the back of my head. I guess I should have expected such at a walmart... There’s a surcharge for the rona like 5 bucks. Super not worth it if you are a dude who expects clippers at least and straight razor at most. the pro’s: clean, professional, convenient."
