"Janie with it cosmetics was the most lovely lady. She GENUINELY wanted to service me after the ulta employees moved me to her. She took her time and she did a full face on me to show what her professional option looked best. I had a blast with her along with my boyfriend. She made not only me feel welcomed and cared for but she took time to also have a lovely conversation with my boyfriend. Although her style wasn’t one I would normally go for it was refreshing. She didn’t make me feel like she was trying to sell me the whole line but what I wanted. I would adopt this woman as my grandmother I never had such a personal and lovely service like it before. I HIGHLY recommend talking to her even if you were my after the it cosmetics products. She’s there Fridays and Saturday."

"While very bust my transaction was handled quickly all while the manager was effectively handling a very unreasonable customer. I was so impressed with her patience and professionalism. She gave reasonable explanations and the customer did not want to accept any answer but the Mgr was calm and patient even offering to check other stores for the product she wanted."
