"I have been going to Brian for many years and have never missed an appointment or been late. Last week, I had an appointment with Brian and misread the email which stated my appointment was at 2:00. I believed it to be 3:00 and when I arrived I was told I was too late which is understandable. However, Brian proceeded to charge me $92.50 even after I apologized over and over for a simple human error! I then proceeded to make an appointment the following day with a different stylist who charged me $220.00 for a sub par cut and color!! All in all, I paid $352.00. I reached out to Brian several times regarding the situation. He finally responded and notified me he was on vacation. Apparently, it’s pretty profitable to charge an exuberant amount of money for absolutely nothing!!! As the owner of the business you would think Brian would have a little more compassion and understand when people make honest mistakes!! I was an extremely good customer, however, I will never go back to this salon! Save your money and go somewhere else! This salon thinks way too highly of themselves!!! Definitely not worth your time!!!"
