"I came in yesterday 9/15/23 for a trim. My hair was shoulder length with layers. I have been growing it out for two years. I asked the stylist to not take a lot of length off I just wanted it cleaned up. But my right side was slightly longer than my left so I would like them to be even. I left crying. The 1st person who started cutting started in the back and then around to the front. When she got to my right side she trimmed a little and then moved to the left and started cutting off chunks. So my right side was still longer with a round edge. And my left was even shorter with a very blunt shelf. She asked for help from another hair dresser who had another client in their chair. This is relevant because although she was trying to “help” she was rushing to get back to her client. She tried to even it out and started chopping. When I told her it was uneven she said I had wavy textured hair and that why. And at that point I was so upset and scared that I was going to end up with even shorter hair I told them it was ‘better” paid and left. I am now forced to go to another salon to get this hack job fixed. Honestly this is the second time something like this has happened to me at Great Clips. Needless to say fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never be back and will make sure to tell anyone who will listen to avoid this place. I pray I don’t end up with a pixie. I will add a photo shortly(9/16/23 @ 8:52am). I pray this never happens to anyone else."

"Super hit & miss as to the quality of cut & service you'll receive. One of the years, my daughter and I have experienced exceptional cuts by friendly & talented stylists. I've also experienced the worst service & cut/ style. It's a craps shoot for sure! It is convenient when you're in the neighborhood & in a hurry or getting a hair cut last minute. Overall, it's worth the gamble!"
