"I recently toured and moved into 365 Nicollet after considering a handful of other properties. I'm absolutely confident that I picked a great new place to live. The staff have been excellent throughout the entire process of scheduling my first tour to move-in. Very professional and very prompt to respond to inquiries/questions. The move-in process was smooth and it was very convenient to have the ability to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator for the movers. The property/building itself is excellent. I love the location right downtown, which comes with great views from my new apartment and from the various amenities throughout the building, which are also excellent. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had issues at a previous property with neighbors smoking in the building and smoke odors in my apartment due to this. That has not been a problem here. Not only are the staff great, but the neighbors are courteous and respectful as well. No noise issues, well-behaved pets etc. This is a very well-managed property and the management as well as the residents clearly take pride in keeping it a clean, well-maintained and pleasant living environment."

"365 Nicollet is such a great place to call "home". I have been living here for almost 1 year now and couldn't be happier. The entire staff (office staff and maintenance) is always friendly, helpful to your needs and quick to respond to issues. The building is very contemporary and luxurious with great amenities that I find very appealing and useful. I personally like the virtual golf simulator... I also love the perks of living downtown and would definitely recommend this place to others."

"From my initial tour, 365 has been nothing short of amazing. Staff: Nicole greeted me with a big smile & helped me envision my life at 365. All of the staff are very friendly & helpful. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue or something is wrong, the staff is very responsive. There’s a package delivery service, which is very convenient. Juan always delivers packages with a smile & the front desk staff make you feel welcomed. Amenities: The amenities are another huge plus! I enjoy working out in the gym because there’s a variety of workout equipment to choose from. I would recommend more lower body exercise machines like a hip thrust machine, squat rack, or e-z bars that go up in weight. The sauna is a must after every workout! There’s a meditation room, golf simulator, penthouse lounge, event room (which is great for hosting parties), and a pool/spa. Cleanliness: Our building is a dog friendly building & you would never know with how well kept & clean everything is. The cleaning staff works hard to keep 365 looking immaculate. Community: I moved here from a different state so community is very important to me. 365 does a great job at hosting events & getting the neighbors involved. During Halloween, they delivered pumpkins to each resident so we could partake in a pumpkin carving contest. Each major holiday seems to have an event & I’m here for it. All of the residents are friendly & I’ve met a lot of friends in the building that I enjoy hanging out with. Apartment: I like to call my place my sanctuary. There’s nothing like coming home from work & feeling so happy to be in your own space. I love the floor to ceiling windows, open concept, & how modern all of the amenities are. I feel like I’m living in a hotel at times! I highly recommend 365 to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call their home. 365 feels like you’re living in luxury. "We moved in, right when it was first available in October 2018. We have been so happy to call 365 home. Great access to the city (through the skyway, no less!), great amenities, support for biking, and our most cherished member of our family: a Labrador. They have dog bath, dog relief area, and just blocks from river. A Labrador's dream!! And, lots of dog friends throughout the building... The concierges are all amazing and have become our pup's friends too... So glad we chose 365 Nicollet..."

The team goes above and beyond to know your name and plans fun events to gather the residents together.
