"I moved here 6 months ago and so happy I did! The place is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Security is top-notch! Management and staff are always available and execute amazing resident events. There is a genuine community vibe here like none other. Lack of guest parking is the only challenge, however residents help each other out."

"We had the pleasure of living at Lakehaus for 18 months. Following a house fire we were searching for temporary housing. Because we have a dog and haven’t lived in an apartment for many years, apartment living was not our first choice. We feel very lucky to have taken the chance on Lakehaus. I highly recommend this building. The amenities are luxury resort quality, the building is always immaculate, and the staff is amazing. It turns out that the building is very dog friendly and the location is perfect, with access to the Greenway, the chain of lakes, and shops and restaurants. But, by far the best part of the experience for us was being part of the community. This group, ranging from 20 something to 70 and beyond, interacts seamlessly. The staff does a great job of organizing events and they are typically well attended. We made real friends and will always remember our time at Lakehaus. That community made a potentially rough time in our lives, memorable. If you are on the fence, take the chance. The guest parking is a struggle, but definitely not a deal breaker."

"We have been residents of Lakehaus MPLS since Sept 2021. It is a beautiful building with spacious apartments and all you could want amenities! The building is known for a warm and welcoming resident community that is diverse across age, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, et al. The management and operations team is doing a fabulous job of supporting residents individually and as a community, making thoughtful operational decisions that are clearly designed to serve residents within the context of a healthy, safe and joyful apartment building. In addition, the system for upkeep of the apartments is super smooth and quickly attended to with excellent results. Great location too! I recommend living here without reservation!"
