"Unique apartment complex setting, easy location between downtowns, shopping near by. Beautiful courtyard and pool, walking path and exercise room. Apartment staff arrange activities and social gatherings where new friends are easily made. My mother has lived here for 20 plus years and it truly is home. All staff — from corporate to office to maintenance respond quickly to issues. A lovely place to live."

"Autumn Woods is fantastic!! Staff here were always so kind, communicative, and quick to respond. The location is amazing with so many delicious restaurants and fun events near by. The courtyard area is absolutely gorgeous and a great place to spend time. Other amenities were also useful like the in unit laundry, underground parking, and cute little library. The community events were fun to have too. Overall beautiful place to live!"

"I loved living at Autumn Woods! The location is convenient to everything you need and the amenities are top notch - in unit washer/dryer, underground heated parking, fitness center, swimming pool, etc. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are great, too. The grounds and common areas are kept very clean and presentable. It's nice and quiet and I've never had any issues with noise or disrespectful neighbors. I highly recommend making this your next home!!"

"My husband and I have lived at Autumn Woods for about 3.5 years and we’ve absolutely loved it! We love the location, about 15 min from downtown Minneapolis but feels suburb. We absolutely love the staff, they are always so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We especially love the outdoor pool (in the summer), and the indoor hot tub and fitness room (small, but has what you need!). Outdoor free concerts in the summer in the courtyard, heated garage, and community rooms you can reserve for any personal hangouts/small parties. We love Autumn Woods!"

"I lived at Autumn Woods for almost 2 years and had a great experience and only left because I moved out of state. There were obviously some small annoyances like noisy neighbors sometimes, but that comes with any apartment and should be expected. Management and maintenance were always very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns, and the location is perfect. I do wish more resident communications were sent out via email instead of fliers at everyone’s door (to save on paper and timeliness) but I did appreciate feeling like I was always kept up to date, so no problems with missing out on announcements. Overall a great experience and would recommend living here!"
