"Driving through town, we stopped in to check out the price of tires for our truck. Phil the manager, was very attentive and answered all our questions. From the clean show room, the professionalism and friendliness of the service techs and manager, we found our dealership for Goodyear, tires. As long as we are living in this area we will never go anywhere else."
"The service was completed correctly, the customer service was outstanding until Matt the front desk guy was out and the manager Phil was taking over things. When speaking with Matt, he had informed me that there were two separate leaks. One was able to be taken care of with an oil change, and the other one would have to be taken care of on that Tuesday and then I could pick up my car Wednesday and Silverrock (my warranty company) covered all the cost other than the oil change, and I had a voucher for that as well through my Carvana care. On Tuesday I got a call from Phil the supervisor letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that the only thing I would have to pay for is the $90 diagnosis because Silver rock would not pay for it. I told Phil I was a bit confused as to why I would have to pay for the diagnostics when Matt had told me yesterday that my warranty company took care of it. Phil then told me he would take care of the cost as he “didn’t want to go back on what my employee told you” after that, I asked about the second leak and he told me that I had been over updated about my vehicle and that there was no second leak. I picked up my car Tuesday with no issues. to my surprise on Wednesday, Phil then called me back to tell me again that Silver rock would not pay for the diagnosis and I would need to pay for that. I told Phil I was a little confused as to why I would need to pay for the diagnosis when yesterday he told me that it would be taken care of because of the miscommunication with the previous employee. He then told me Silver Rock wouldn’t pay and that he has to pay his employees. I told him I didn’t mind paying for it next Friday when I get my paycheck just to wrap everything up however, it is frustrating that I had spoken to him yesterday about this and the outcome was different. That is when the got rude with his tone and easier his voice saying he’ll just pay for it because it’s his fault for releasing a vehicle to me and thinking that silver rock was a “standup” warranty company which “he guesses they’re not.” But moving forward I will have to pay, however I do not plan on ever returning as Phil made me very uncomfortable by telling me everything is taken care of, allowing me to pick up my car with no mention of payment and then calling me the next day asking for money."
"I ended up here in an emergency situation. I managed to get my car to them on a Friday night 30min before they closed. Matt was wonderful! He said he could have my car ready by end of the following day. Cool! Wait! I have an event I need to be at by 2p and it requires my vehicle to be there! Matt said he would do everything he could to get my car done in time. The next morning he called me to let me know that he would have the parts in a couple hours and should have my car ready in time. He called me every step of the way to keep me informed & lessen my anxiety. My car was ready for me to pick up just after 1:30p & I made it to my event in time! I'll be back after the holidays for some more work, this time not in an emergency situation. Thank you Matt!"
"I had come in for an estimate and received one but, when I came in for the scheduled appointment (4/13/23) to get the repair done, I as told you didn't have the part and could not get it that day (no notification before coming in). I was also told they could get the part for less than the estimate of $$85.99 and I would get a phone call to confirm before the rescheduled date of 4/17/23. I never received a call so, on 4/16/23, I called to confirm and was treated rudely by the person that promised to call and didn't, as if I shouldn’t have even been calling. No apology for failing to follow through and, at the end, when I told him to have a nice day, he said, "Yeah." and hung up. Very unprofessional on multiple fronts. While the repair was being done, the counter person spent most of my visit on personal calls in the lobby. When the repair was done, I went to my car to find the door handle of my grey car had been replaced with a black one. No mention to me that they couldn't get one that matched. They also did not even bring up the check engine light that was clearly on and I had an oil change done at the same time so I am certain they looked at the guages. Or maybe they didn't bother. Reviewing the final bill, I was charged $124.96 for the part I was quoted $85.99 for and was told they could do better (better for who?). I was not advised the final costs would be higher than the estimates and you are required to advise of any increase of charges before the work is done. You should have known that when you got the part, which was before I even came back in for the repair the second time. You have now turned into every other poor quality, customer cheating, dirt bag auto shop that has given your industry such a bad reputation. If you don't care to do quality work, just shut your business down. No one should have to put up with the dishonesty that your shop exhibits. At least the former manager cared about the quality of your work. I hope you get it together or close your doors. ************* UPDATE ******************************* 5-11-2023 After this company reached out to me for further details from my review, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a customer service rep that did not follow through with expectations and said they never set them. Took 2 calls to get the refund for the overcharge on the part, even though she said she would do it on the first call. No communication back - a terrible experience! However, on my 3rd call, nearly 3 weeks into this ordeal, I finally reached a different rep. Lorraine was amazing. She made sure she fully understood the situation and even clarified to double check before we hung up. She promised she would get back to me today and she followed through and they are finally properly compensating me for the experience. If I would have randomly gotten Lorraine in the first place, this surely would have been resolved right away. I hope Tire Choice Auto Service Centers takes good care of an exemplary employee such as Lorraine and uses this experience to train others. Thank you, Lorraine!"
"Had a nail in my tire that I wanted plugged, unfortunately my tread was a little too low to accomplish that and I needed a new tire. While the price wasn't the cheapest in town the service made up for it. The managers and shop guys are car guys and know what they are talking about. That also makes up for the slightly higher price. You know when your truck comes out and the tire is properly aligned with the valve stem they know what they are doing. Not many places or people know that the yellow dot is supposed to be aligned with the valve stem for balance. Anyway I'll definitely go back for 2 more tires when needed."
