"Look, I get it. It’s an oil change place and these guys aren’t hired for their customer service. It would just be a little nice if I got a “hello” as a greeting rather than “What do you need? Leave your keys and wait inside.” They used to call you in to the service area and show you the charts of what your car needed. They also used to vacuum your car too. Oh well. Times change. My oil is ready to go so mission accomplished."

"Jiffy Lube is always pretty much the same.. Everybody's polite everybody's professional they get the job done. No pushing us to buy air filters or cabin filters or things on those lines.. It's where I've been going for a couple years now and we all will continue go."

"I went there this morning for an oil change. I sat in my truck in the line, nobody came out. No big deal so I went to the office. A young man (asian?) came into the office, flew the door open and rudely asked "how can I help you!?" I said I need an oil change and he rudely asked what kind of oil and I said synthetic blend. He rushed out the door went to my truck, put the paper on the dash, and I never saw him again. He didn't ask if I was going to wait, didn't ask if I was dropping off, nothing. Clearly he was having a bad day so I walked out, got in my truck and left. Do not recommend. I went up the street to Pep Boys and was provided excellent customer service. Go there instead!"

"I stopped and got a breakfast burrito on my way in, and thought the guys could use a bite so I got 6 more . When I arrived I handed the young man a bag and said here’s some burritos for you guys he was very nice and appreciative. They took inside of 10 minutes to complete my service which was nice. I paid and left a $10 time which the guys also thanked me for. On my way out I yelled thanks guys and the same young man yelled thanks again for breakfast.. other then just the cost of a basic oil change these days basically double what I was expecting the service at this store was great."
