I had an extended warranty company change their minds on paying up even though we had an approval last minute. My service advisor went above and beyond to contact them on my behalf to get them to pay what they said they would pay. He was on the phone with them for almost an hour and they kept pushing him from department to department but he was successful. You all have earned a lifetime customer."

Immediately after I got it back Track off light and VSC light came on, they checked my fuses for free, and replaced the serpentine belt, however when I called them about my light coming on after getting the car back, they wanted to charge me $200 for a diagnostic test. We read all the good reviews about Sun Auto and decided to take our car in for the repair. Well, my wife and I are very happy to report that all of the good reviews were accurate! When they put the car on the lift for inspection, they told my wife they noticed that the leak was due to a loose transmission fluid cap. They tightened the cap at no charge! My wife and I were very grateful and relieved that they were honest and did not try to hit us with fabricated charges for a repair that was totally unnecessary.
