"Went to this store #6294 on on 3/16/24 and bought acetone. Got home, and the cap was defective and wouldn't open. I drove all the way back there to exchange it at 8:30pm, and asked for a discount. The guy was rude and wouldn't honor that. Not going back there again."

"Unfortunately, I can only give one star, but I wish I could put zero. I called down to this Autozone location to get a receipt corrected because they printed the wrong one. The lady who answered the phone was no help at all and seemed more interested in arguing than providing assistance. She insisted that they couldn't email us a receipt and that we would have to physically be there to get it. It's incredibly frustrating that she implied I would need to fly to Vegas, get an Uber, and physically be there just to get a receipt corrected. This level of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable."

"I have to say auto parts on Stephanie have the greatest employees! CJ was wonderful helping me in every way possible gave me tips on the fluids in my car, put on my windshields wipers blades. I needed a jump starter portable power unit and they didn’t have any on the shelves and he went to the back and found me one. I am driving across the states from west to eastbound Carolina which is a long haul for a gal by herself. Told him his momma raised him well!! Any one looking for kind and well informed help go there ask for CJ he’s a real Gem!"
