"Service was solid. But they double charged me for it (claimed the first transaction didn't go through), and claimed to have refunded one of the charges. That never happened. I called them several times and even stopped by. Each time they said that there was nothing they could as they had done what they need to do. Been over a week, and still no refund. Will be calling my credit card company today."

"St. Rose midas is not the place to go!.. I drove off to do errands just right after i got my oil change. Oil spilled everywhere!, my car was smoking oil. I left a trail of oil from Saint Rose to Midas , really thought my car was gomna catch on fire at the stop light. And customer service.. Lets just say, it sucked balls!!! The moment i got there.. Why are they even still in business there? With poor attitude and service ."

"Absolutely impressed. As a woman, I always am nervous to go to a mechanic shop for work on a car. I don’t want to get taken advantage of. Cory and his team are amazing! Not only did they talk me through the whole process of what I needed to fix on my car, they SHOWED me. I was able to literary SEE what he was talking about. He said, I want to educate you and be transparent. Wow!! Never have I encountered this type of service. I really appreciate that they were able to get me in right away and they had my car done before they quoted. I’m so grateful for a good experience. I will call this my home shop now. Thank you!!"

"Do not bring your car here! Bad service, lack of knowledge. Came in for a simple oil change. Made things worse first they forgot to put oil fill cap back on spitting oil everywhere. Then they continued to keep putting wrong oil filter on. I asked for compensation after I had to get car towed in for lack of oil the vehicle shut down. They refused to compensate me. They only offered a Free oil change. What makes you think I would let anyone touch my car again?"
