"If you like getting shafted and overcharged for even the most simple repairs. This is the spot for you! In all seriousness though this spot is a scam your money is better spent elsewhere. Some staff are nice but it's just a front due to how bad they screw you. Will never do business with Big O Tires again & will make those around me aware of the shady business going on here. Corporate office doesn't even bother responding to your inquiry so don't waste time, STAY AWAY. I got screwed so you don't have to!"

"we had a super low pressure front passenger tire & Big O told us they found a nail (exactly where we saw it) and couldn’t patch it so they’d sell us a new tire. We agreed. We paid $150.96 for the tire and all they did was fill it with air to remove our TPS indicator light and send us on our way. it was immediately low again so we took it to Tire Works and they verified that the nail is still there and the tire is not new. A neighbor said they did the same to her mother in law a month ago. Definitely wouldn’t trust them with your money or time!"

"A family member had recommended I go down the street to a competitor, which isn't a company I would normally use. So I followed the recommendation and they were rude and unable to assist me in looking at why my tire was losing air. So I decided to try and stop in BigO as I had went to a location in Arizona recently and had a really good experience. I was able to get in and out very quickly and the tech explained everything to me about my issue and it was a reasonable amount of time from start to finish. I was really impressed with the friendliness of all of the associates I worked with. I would recommend this location to others!"

"Updated 2 days later. pic added. Complete clowns. Only employee that should keep their job is the cashier. your so called "techs" are inexperienced college students. The one with the beard is an arrogant wise guy. Brought my Lincoln Navigator for 4 tire change and alignment. They scraped all the paint off the outside of every rim and did not install a lugnut cover correctly so it flew off in a 1 mile drive. Mr arrogant points at the we're not responsible sign. You are responsible for correctly installing anything wheel related. Said they couldn't do a alignment. No, he didnt know how to do it. Did not remove the plug and patch the nail hole like I asked. Now my tire is flat. If you value your vehicle in any way, you need to stay away from this place. That's what you get using 15hr kids. Before and after pics shown. Want this review removed. You need to step up and admit to your incompetence."
