"I went last week to replace my battery as it was still under warranty. The employee quickly installed my battery, however three days later my car wouldn't start or take a jump! Called a mobile mechanic to my home and $185 later realized the connection to my battery was loose! This oversight cost me the price of a new battery that I thought I was saving from the warranty. I called the store to give them a heads up to inform their employee--not to get anyone in trouble; but I sure wish I didn't have to pay for their mistake."

An amazing employee helped me figure out which headlights would fit in my car, and even installed them for me for no extra charge!
