"We brought our 5 month old Wheaten Terrier here. The groomer who was working with us had never worked with a Wheaten and was clearly not comfortable with puppies, as she warned me she probably wouldn't be able to do much with him. I had serious hesitations leaving him after that but his hair was so long that he needed it cut to be comfortable in the heat of summer. Sure enough, I got a call 90 minutes later (half the original time they estimated) to come pick him up because they had done all they could with him. His hair is the exact same length as when I dropped him off, so he's still going to be hot and uncomfortable. Since they only did half of what the original estimate was, they took 6% off the total bill."
