"No regular lanes open. Went to self checkout. Had quite a few items. After scanning all went to use gift card and it wouldn't work. Told me I had to go thru regular lane. I said there are none open! They took me to regular checkout lane had to take everything out of bags to get re scan. Got home and had none of my produce which was reason I went. Had to go to work no time for going back a second time to get what I paid for"

"Much cleaner, stocked well and has larger aisles than the disgustingly dirty one in Burnsville. But this one also plays games. Bait and switch, deceptive packaging, and blatant lies. I saw that this store had an unbranded plastic 9" level for $2.88. I got there and they didn't have that. They did have a similar one for almost $10. Classic bait and switch. But I bought it anyway. I then found a 1/4" blue ribbon I needed for about $3.00. They had other ribbons there that were 2 to 21/2" for about the same price. It looked like there was a good amount wrapped around the cardboard packaging. But when I got home it only went around the cardboard a few times. 9"! That's all there was for that thin piece of ribbon for that price! Very deceptive! I bought some plastic snowflakes for $11.62. Very high price but I've been looking everywhere for them so I bought them. The packaging said 16 but there were only 14. Out right lie! When I buy online they always give me some kind of compensation but I called the manager and he wanted me to bring everything back to the store. I told him I didn't want money back I just wanted him to be more careful about these deceptions. I don't know if he cares or not."
