"I came to pharmacy to pick up my meds at 6:58pm waited to have someone help me. At 7:00 someone approached and said it’s closed . I just feel that a quick pickup could have been accommodate esp when it’s medicine related. A very simple customer service could have been satisfied. A service that requires 2 mins to complete saves someone to come back again to pick up another time. In general, I always have some sort of issues with this pharmacy. As i research on their reviews and seeing low rating on customer service led me to believe that I’m not alone and yeah time to switch."

"I probably don’t post good reviews enough, especially when the interactions I have with stores are small, but every time I used this CVS pharmacy I always feel the need to share the experience. I used to use another pharmacy in town that rhymes with falgreens and just had multiple bad experiences. I switched to this CVS and every time they shock me at how polite and customer oriented they are. I never feel stupid or like an inconvenience. They are the most friendly pharmacy I’ve ever used! Would highly recommend!!"
