"Terrible customer service. GM, Dalton could not figure out how to swap two bags of the wrong flavored dog food ordered via-online with the right flavor without being charged a second time. I was only communicated on what he couldn’t do for me. I’ve never had an issue like this at no other Retailer in my life. This is nonsense in every which way you analyze this transaction. Hire a GM that is competent, confident and can make challenging decisions instead of citing the policy."

There were only two other dogs and was much smaller than a lot of training companies classes. I definitely recommend coming to Petco for a class, Paul is very accommodating if you have a scheduling conflict. We are going to complete the advanced training class in a couple weeks."
