"Update 3/14/2024 - Took my now 12 year old Staffordshire in for a UTI in February, Dr. Barr was rude, didn't explain anything, and just caused undue stress, charged for a bunch of things that weren't needed, and put my dog on extra meds that weren't needed. Refused to tell me the prices of anything, so when we got done with the appointment, and I was ready to check out, I was thinking 350-500 as that is what it has been prior, I get told over $900 for a UTI. Went to another vet for f/u and they said that what Dr Barr did and charged was not needed or necessary. Will never return to this clinic. Took my 9 year old Staffordshire to get a check-up last week and nail trim this week. The staff is very friendly and explains things easily. My baby has a traumatic experience when she was a puppy with her nails, but they were champs and got her done quickly and without any incidents. Highly recommend if you're looking for a vet for your fur baby. Been going here for 2 years now and still love them! They are awesome with my sweet girl."

"Very rude and ignorant staff. Tried to get my cat his food prescription, it's on backorder or the company has trouble getting it so I have to be put on a list each week and get a call once the bags are received on Friday. For the past year I myself have called three different times to be put on the list and never received a call back. My husband called a few times as well and we never got a call back. I called today to ask what I could do differently to make sure my cat can get his food so he can survive, and stated I would be taking first names each call this time to be holding whoever was doing it accountable. Instead of focusing on getting my cat his prescription and moving forward to the future Beth, continued to look at the past and try and tell me I was lying and had never put in any orders for my cat."
