"The self checkout is almost always closed in the early AM hours- leaving only one register open for all customers to check out. Also hard to get ahold of associates in the tech department when items are locked up. Uneasy about this Target location…"

"Having to track down an employee to unlock the hang rail to get a 4TB external hard drive out, that's locked in a big clear plastic case, then walk me to a checkout counter. Pass off the HD to the employee working checkout. Then wait for that employee to fumble around trying to unlock the security box, then finally scan the UPC to deactivate the RF/RFID tag inside the box for the entrance security scanners. Like 3 levels of security for $120 hard drive. The whole babysitting me to the checkout counter is what really annoyed me. If it happens again, I'm just handing over my shopping basket and walking out. If you do not trust us, instead of locking up the item in-store, just don't sell it in-store. This comment is obviously Target corp. focused and not so much a reflection on this specific store, since the physical store itself is great. Other than order pickup... I would have placed it in the rear of the building instead of out front, causing even more pedestrian crossings."

"I used to love Target. It has gone down hill the last few years. I was just there shopping for Christmas presents in the toy department. Their pricing was very high and gimmicky. If you don't search for all the deals in the app and use your red card you are overpaying and sometimes the prices are still cheaper at other retailers even after their promotions. I ended up ordering two gifts on Amazon while in target and saved over $20 doing it. Then I left target empty handed. Not a pleasant shopping experience."

"Worst customer service I've ever received. After the product I wanted was put in the wrong spot and locked to the shelf so no customer could have moved it, they refused to price match and when I called to talk to the LOD he hung up on me."
