"I am typically too lazy to write reviews. And when my food comes at a restaurant and it's the wrong order, I don't complain. I am easy to please and I don't like to make other peoples lives more difficult. So that should tell you how annoyed I am. Refilled the prescription online, was told 4pm pick up time in my email confirmation. Show up at 6pm. Not ready. Fine, no big deal! Come back after dance at 8pm...not ready. They ask if I want to wait but I can't. So I come back the next night. She then tells me "they had an issue with insurance but they don't anymore" - exact quote. Word for word. The problem just disappeared I guess? (The same insurance I've had for a decade and they've never had trouble with the insurance or this prescription before). So they just....DIDN'T FILL IT. Okk??? Issues happen but like WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL? You just knew I would show up to pick it up and we'd cross that issue then? A simple courtesy call was all that was needed if there was actually ever an insurance issue. So she asks if I want to wait 20 minutes, and again, I CAN'T! So I ask if it can be ready tomorrow morning where she responds. "She can't guarantee anything". So she could fill it if I sat there for 20 minutes but she can't guarantee it if I come back tomorrow? Now I never want to walk into this location again because I feel lied to. I can handle long lines and excuse poor customer service, but I am not just gunna have you lie to me over and over."

"A few friends and i walked into this walgreens around 12 am to get some snacks. the older grumpy lady and a younger girl who was working at the register was told to "watch them" as we walked in. employees automatically assumed we were gonna steal. i did not like that. we got our stuff and left. once we were in the parking lot a younger guy followed us out and started being aggressive for no reason at all. terrible store."

"I left a review some time ago, my fiancée still uses this pharmacy but I don’t. The last couple times I’ve called, they just hang up on me. I literally have to drive there and wait 45 minutes to get my prescription because they won’t talk on the phone. I call, they say hi, I say hi, they ask how I’m doing, I say good, they hang up. Every time I call."

"Came here after urgent care to aquire antibiotic for my 3 year old. The pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist scheduled to work simply "didn't show up". It's memorial day so this location is the only location under an hour from where we live. I truly feel bad for the other staff working to have to keep explaining this to folks coming in."
