"I've tried. I've really tried to love this place but it's been vacuum issue after vacuum issue. I thought I was upgrading my old vacuum about 4 years ago and it's been a nightmare ever since. The final vacuum I was given has no suction, the hose has no suction, and it decides to shut off randomly. I am not a rich person. I am going to have to save for quite a while to get a vacuum. I find this so incredibly frustrating"
