"I’ll start of by saying I have shopped here for quite some time. However today that stops. The Manager “Adam” is possibly the most unprofessional associate I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting in my entire life. We went to buy a vanity and asked for a discount on a faulty item. He clearly disagreed which is fine we offered to buy a new one. As he walked away he mumbled under his breath”this isn’t a flee market” and started to walk away. I asked him who he was talking to. He said “himself”. I proceeded to ask for his name and he kept walking away so I followed him for a moment and he finally yelled it back at me. There were many other comments and remarks made that I don’t recall in the moment. Aggressive and confrontational. But also… the Attitude the Disrespect and unprofessionalism is an understatement. Your employee Joseph was excellent and kind. The overall top store manager appeared to hear what I had to say. Hopefully something is done. Thank you Joseph and Micah. Adam…. Not so much!"

"Update. What a joke. I have contacted your customer service. Asked for a manager call back and executive relations. Still no call back for followup. Your problems start at the top. So no wonder now response from lower employees. Especially when your store manager lies right to your face. Would never shop at this Lowes or any Lowes again. Too bad you cant leave negative stars. This store is terrible from the manager on down. Was told by the store manager and Lowes corp office to bring a dishwasher back that was a scratch and dent and we purchased extended 5 year warranty. We have had it 5 months and have not been able to use it yet. It leaks and doesn't run right. The extended warranty dept can't get the parts. So we drive 2 hours back to this store to exchange it. The so called manager on duty(Bree) couldn't do anything. She couldn't get a hold of the store manager or any of the the assistant managers. Not sure what type of manager she was. Absolutely wouldn't help in anyway. So we drove 2 hours back home without a dishwasher and no credit for thw one we left there. I was warned about the terrible service especially at this location. Should have never purchased anything for here or Lowes in general. Update. What a joke. I have contacted your customer service. Asked for a manager call back and executive relations. "Lots of people working on a Sunday afternoon, but it was difficult to get pointed in the right direction. Three employees liked like they were having a team meeting in the cabinet section. So, if you need an associate to help you, you could check out the cabinet section. We thought we needed help to cut a cable wire. A couple pages later, no one showed up in aisle 3. So we did it ourselves. Truly a do -it-yourself shopping experience that day."

"Great experience yesterday. I was looking for some of their promotional product. Which I couldn't find on the sales floor. I found an associate working on some product near me and asked him if he knew where they would be? After searching for it in his work phone. He found the product in the overhead and was able to get a ladder to retrieve it down for me. All of this happened within a span of 5 minutes. Not very long at all, and I was pleased I got the sale item. I will be going back again."
