"Pool was closed from the Public Health until further notice, broken windows in rooms. Ceiling coming down in the bathrooms and literally no breakfast, there were 2 bagels and you could not take food to your room or you would be charged. Very run down"

"DONT stay here! You won't be able to reach the owner, left numerous voice-mails about our stay. Each room we ever got had a dirty tub and shower with pubic hair and other filthy things in it. The bedding was soiled with dog urine. Smoke alarm disabled, toilet was smashed, window was smashed, dirty bedding, rooms don't come sanitized or mopped or vacuumed, it says free breakfast but the food is always gone even at the start of breakfast time because there's no food to begin with. Room key didn't work so had to travel down the 2 flights of stairs numerous times till they finally gave a key that worked, which had told them I get seizures so they shouldn't make me fix the problem. There was no hair dryer in our bathroom although it says hair dryer. I couldn't use the shower be ause it was compromised yet I couldn't get it cleaned nor a refund for being given a treacherous contaminated room. The staff is mean and have nasty attitudes and the rooms match. You will get a nasty dirty room with broken and missing things This location needs NEW OWNER(S) and staff and remodel/shut down this place. It fails so many safety codes. Please DONT stay here even one night. They allow peoples cats to roam the hallways and they have dogs with no leashes and they have unattended animals left in rooms ,each room has claw marks on walls ,urine stains, pet hair ,dirty bedding. You will get allergic reactions and sick staying here due to their lack of cleaning. Pool isn't available."

"Pool didn't work, only breakfast was a waffle, no screen in my window, no microwave but charged full price. I accidently left a painting I had from my late Mother, I called right away and said I would like to come get it, the front desk said housekeeping threw it away. I'm devastated. Terrible place all around! The only good thing was the lady that sets the breakfast room up the best she can there. Don't know her name, but she was very kind. Kudos to her for putting up with that place!"

"This place is very run down. Smells musty and likened stale cigarette smoke when you enter rooms. The breakfast was a joke the waffles were even bad. The live in guest are rude. The toilets don't flush you have to fill the tank to flush. Oh pool is closed they still say covid but as I was there for medical trip there are no covid restrictions to have the pool closed. They also don't vacuum and the patch jod on wholes in walls very poorly done. Never again will I stay here."

"This place needs to be shut down. It is absolutely filthy. We got there at close to midnight and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. It had hair everywhere, peeling paint, holes, no towels. Not to mention the awfull smell that you could not even sleep. I called the front desk to request cleaning and he told me that he was the only person there, but that I was able to come get towels and clean it myself. The pool was out of service. There was garbage in the hallways, and a cord in the middle of the hall. Just beyond gross!!! I was forced to leave one star so that the review would post."
