"Kamae (the groomer) Is awesome, she’s gotten to know me and my dog, including my dogs temperament. I have taken my dog here several times and will continue to take her here. I have a part lab/beagle/terrier mix who sheds A LOT. I bring her in every 6-8 weeks depending on the season, and after that the shedding subsides significantly. They treat her well there, and she always comes home smelling great and in the cutest bandannas."

"We brought our Labradoodle in for a cut and full service grooming. I specifically asked that her tail be left alone, the length of her ears and top of head. We picked her up and I was almost in tears. Her tail was shaved three quarters to the end along with her whole body. I realize she had some matting and agreed to a shorter body cut, but her ears, top off her head and tail did not have to be shaved. We did not agree to that. For 130.00, I was shocked with her choppy outcome. I feel she did not want to take any time with her."

"I wouldn’t recommend taking your pet here just from my experience. I mean overall the actual grooming on my dog was nice, his hair was nicely trimmed and not cut (he is a shepherd mix so he has a double coat and is not supposed to be cut), his nails were cut well and he was not sent home with the quick exposed and bleeding (has happened to us many times) but he did come home with a gash in his back leg!! When I picked him up no one even mentioned it to me. My dog is my child and I would expect to be notified if an accidental cut happened. I contacted the company via email/inquiry form and have not heard back (it has been 4 days) For that reason I will not be back."
