"I’m only giving 3 stars for the post office taking care of the problem I had within minutes of me filing a complaint on the mail carrier who not only 1 time but today for the 3rd time leave a postal note saying he’s sorry he missed us when he didn’t even attempt to knock on my door. The postal office called me and said sorry the same day .They’re having the mail carrier bring me my letter ."

"Congressional Inquiry Submitted: Carrier lied, saying we left the package in the parcel box for more than 3 days. Which was not possible, we pick up Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at the very least. Track parcel numbers to be notified when delivered by text. Went to the pickup package, but they couldn't locate it. I requested the manager, after waiting 30 minutes, with no package, no manager. Was told check with the carrier, and the next day approached carrier, he was intimidating and threatening and refused to tell me where my package was. I believe the carrier is using his position to harass and intimidate us because we have made complaints regarding deliveries. Got a call from a person who would not give a name but said she was from the post office. She hung up on us. We believe our package has been stolen or destroyed since the automated system indicates it was delivered. We are an elderly couple in our late 60s, I'm a retired vet, and the treatment we have gotten, we consider as ELDER ABUSE by employees of the USPS!"

"I have no idea of how workers at this location get hired. If they regularly misplace mail, steal it, and don't shut the hell up and listen when impacted customers are speaking, why should they deserve paychecks?"

"We have lived in Cold Springs for 5 years now and nearly every single day I get 2 to 3 different addresses mail in my box. you guys are utter failures at delivering mail in a competent fashion... This time it was someone's prescription medication for christ's sake, you are going to get someone killed if you haven't already!"

"I purchased 2 packages, and the first says it was "delivered" but wasn't in my mailbox, second was also "delivered," and I never received any package. My wife paid for the extra step for one of her packages to be signed for, and it had a signature that wasn't any of ours. I added a photo of the signature. It's only me and my wife. This post office is despicable, lying, and no good thieves."
