"Pharmacy is bad, especially the Filipino manager. She has no customer service skills and when you call her on it, she laughs because she knows it’s true. She repeatedly gets prescriptions and insurance wrong because as the manager she never has the employees update their database probably because she doesn’t know how. I went there two weeks ago for a inhaler refill, and they said it would not be eligible until Mar.1, now she tells me it isn’t available until Mar. 26. , for a 30 day medicine. This CVS is clearly fraudulent and incompetent."

"Man with no teeth refused to help me with passport photo even though services were offered online. He blamed the computer program wasn’t compatible with children. The other cvs was more than willing to take the picture."

"They are always very short handed, frantic, and closing the pharmacy early. Prescriptions are often later than quoted. They used to be amazing a couple years ago, but now I'm mad we have to use them through insurance."

"There’s a woman named Tammy who is always rude when I come in with my kids. Not sure if she just hates kids or what, but today was the third time she made a sly comment when we were checking out. Customer service jobs aren’t for everyone, especially those who are miserable everyday. No one wants to be greeted with a frown. Thanks Tammy! See you next time!"

"My cutest experience with this CVS was about 3-4 months ago when attempting to full my husbands prescription after his motorcycle accident. The pharmacist was dismissive and rude when I attempted to find out why the lesser of the two scripts could not be filled. Today was my second and last attempt at service here I submitted 1 hour photo request online at about 4pm today: the photos were intended to take to my ill father on my emergency visit to him tomorrow morning. I arrived at 6:15pm and was told their photo machine went down at about 3pm. It might be fixed tomorrow. No call, no concern or compassion, no anything. The employee, Sam, first instructed me to change the print location on the app. When I pulled up the app to try, she had no idea how or if that would be possible. She also did not know how to cancel the order and replied I’m not good at the app. I will not be returning here."
