"I got trespassed last night because the manager doesn't like me. Steff didn't want to refill my propane tank because it was cold. So I paid more for an exchange. She gave me a tank from the bottom, red flag1. The tank felt 1/2 full, red flag2. I mentioned it felt 1/2 full, no comment, red flag3. It didn't have a blue cap on it, another red flag. It was cold, very cold. The tank was defective. That's why it was 1/2 empty, someone else already returned it because of that. I froze all night and didn't get any sleep. I returned the tank the next day with a woman that was normal. After that Steff wanted me to pay for parking there at night or leave. Also, Steff let's her friends park there in exchange for working on her car, in the parking area she kicked me out of. Steff treats this station like it is her personal business. And the lady that Steff told to charge me or kick me out lied to the cops saying I was yelling at her. Not true, she was yelling at me. When I first went in the store I wanted a shower. I asked the lady sitting on a stool eating crackers, behind the counter for a shower. She looked at me funny and said it isn't ready. I simply asked what time it will be ready like normal people ask. That set her off yelling that she Wipes down the curtains and everything. All I wanted to know is when can I get the service they provide. Then she told me she used to live in her car and park at speedway and their showers cost 2 dollars less. Not true. I think she got mad because she was too lazy to get the shower ready. She yelled, there's only 2 women in here working and they both need to be up front for security reasons. But Steffs excuse one time for making me pay more for propane is because she was the only one working that night. This place is being run by incompetent people. I owned my own dump truck and fueled up here for 7 years. I spent about $20,000 a year in fuel per year. The truck drivers and customers deserve more professional people at this station. And they Tresspassed me for a year for no reason."
