"I ordered a custom suit, sport coat and two custom shirts from Bill’s Toggery. The fabrics are outstanding and the service was absolutely old school and off the charts. I have been wearing suits in a work setting for over 40 years and these products are the best fitting and most well made products I have ever purchased. The custom fitting makes a huge difference and Billy is great to work with making adjustments that will compliment your appearance. This is a truly great experience which delivered outstanding products well worth the cost. I highly recommend Bill’s Toggery."

"Cannot recommend this place enough. Walked in, was greeted by an extraordinarily friendly and hospitable salesman, who got me set up with exactly what I needed without overselling me. I just needed to buy a basic suit and shirt, and he came in underbudget for me and made the whole process of fitting and buying extremely easy despite my own lack of knowledge. "Called, asked if it was too late to rent a suit for an event Friday just after they opened. I was told no problem, they should be able to help me, a jacket would be hard if I was bigger. Drove quite a distance, came in, asked to be set up with a rental for friday, I was met with attitude, telling me they need at least two weeks. They could get me one Friday if I purchased, not rented, one. Leaves me wondering, was the person on the phone wrong, or was this an attempt to up sell me? No matter, traveled to a big box, was taken care of for Friday. Edit: Even if I hadn't asked to rent, which I did, you'll notice they didn't address the attitude I received in the store? They didn't say "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't get you a rental suit in that time frame. We have a line of suits that are affordable", they could have also said something like "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't get you a rental suit in that time frame. If you check with X, Y, or Z they might be able to help you out." all of which could have been followed up with "I'm sorry we couldn't help you this time." and I would have maybe been willing to try again. The truth is, the he said, she said bits here don't matter. Sort their reviews lowest rating, to highest, and see how much attitude, and how incredibly poor they treat other customers. Shocking. Just shocking."

"Billy at Bill’s Toggery outfitted all the guys in our wedding party and they all looked amazing. Billy has been making custom suits for my family for years, so when it came time to find wedding suits we didn't give it a second thought. Billy did custom suits and shirts for my husband (the groom), the father of the bride, father of the groom, three groomsmen and organized and tailored shirts and matching ‘off the rack’ suits for the remainder of the groomsmen and ushers. He and his team made the process and corralling all of the guys so easy and seamless. And specifically when creating your custom suit, he makes it a fun and memorable experience. When choosing the groom’s suit Billy did a great job helping us think outside the box so the groom stood out from the groomsmen like how the bride stands out from her bridesmaids.
