Reviews
"Friendly staff and generally is usually cleaned up/organized. I don't mind shopping at this location. I took off one star because the parking lot is a little cumbersome, but that is on par for the area."
"My wife and I were shopping here and an employee working to set up the Christmas display at the front of the store was literally throwing some wooden door signs onto a cart angrily and glared at us as we were shopping. We looked back a few times and she was staring us down. This place needs a culture check."
"It would be nice if the selection would vary a bit more. Good store to shop at when they are heavily discounted."
"They have downsized on their scrapping supplies so I rarely find what I'm looking for. Decent stock of yarn. They do have a good selection of frames."
"I am very disappointed in this Michaels, as someone who has a physical disability I need to use wheelchairs when I'm out shopping, I am currently in the process of getting one of my own and for now need to use whatever ones the stores provide. I called ahead of time and asked if they had a functioning wheelchair available for use, I was told they did. So off to Michaels I go, only to find out that THIS is what they deem to be a "functioning" wheelchair. One of the leg rests is completely broken off and it was dirty! This is not acceptable Michaels. This shows a serious lack of caring for your disabled customers."
