"Worst experience ever. Theres a girl cashier who loves to hear her voice she talks way to loud. I went in to exchange, one item, she asks for my ph# I start giving it and she's saying it out loud not just putting it in the computer so I say I'd prefer not everyone in the store hears my ph# she says well mam we have to get your ph# on exchanges. Obviously wasn't understanding what I meant. She seems like a good cashier but to loud and there was no reason she had to repeat after me entering a ph# and being so extremely loud. Never had this experience at another location."

"I have donated several times to this location and the last couple times my items were just thrown around into cardboard bins with zero consideration of breaking/damaging the items. I realize I no longer want them, but be respectful."

"Great store with many items to choose from, but be quick. I saw something I wanted & when I turned around someone else had grabbed it. Wonderful wall decor & furniture at times. Large DVD, CD and VHS, books etc to choose from. Some unopened. Their electronic area needs some help. Usually a mess, but they do have outlets there to try the items & making sure that they work. Or, at least turn on or not. Not much of a jewelry or bicycles but it changes constantly and seems like most of it is in decent condition. Do check everything over before buying it, but the store does offer a 2 week return option if the item doesn't work (may only be valid on certain items) but ask to make sure. I've also always had very nice staff wait on me."

"First time shopping Goodwill Shakopee and I was pleasantly surprised!!! What’s not to like?? Found nostalgic titles from childhood and will definitely check in on this location more often. Children’s books are $1.00. All reading materials will convert to digital eventually so grab your books while they’re still available. I’m building a library for my nephews and grandchildren and these titles are a Wonderful addition."

"about 3-4 mounts ago i application to them for 5 different jobs for them they did call me after 3 weeks for one position for a lower price that i need to live by. then i wait again 4 weeks later they call me with a lower price i felt mad that there not taking me serious. then i check my email told me that i did not qualify for the position. at that time i need a job so badly. now the website is a joke i cant find the job posting on there site. now the store, great people. but i wish they have more cooking where on shelf's. shop some where else for 2 use items and jobs stay away from them"
