"Today my dad and I went into holiday store #364 3901 Eagle Creek Blvd in Shakopee MN. My dad who is 64 used the restroom around 120pm (March 5th Tuesday). He left his phone in there and we left. Around 213pm I called the store and a gentleman answered the phone and I told him what happened and (we can the location of my dad’s phone). I asked if the phone was there and he said nah. I said did you look or ask a manager to check the safe etc. he said no it’s not here. I said can you check the bathroom and he said someone is in there. I said I’m so sorry but when they come out can you look. He said yeah, waited maybe 3 seconds and said no it’s not here and the call ended. He was So rude and not helpful. Then I called the phone 13 times and my dad never has it on silent and it is so loud I’m surprised we couldn’t hear it from Bloomington. So we drove down to the store and my dad walked in and said “hi is my phone here” the girl said no we have no phones. He said well can you ask someone or look and he walked to the bathroom and nothing so he said he was going to get his daughters phone to call it. So he came to the car empty handed. He took my phone went in and called it again for the 14th time and nothing near the bathroom and then he heard a noise and he called it again and he walked to the counter as it was ringing and the girl goes “oh did you mean this phone and grabs it from behind the counter” and he said did you know that was there or how did you just grab that? And she said “huh” and handed him the phone and he stoned out it took me EVERYTHING in me to not go in and call both employees out for attempted theft and or just extremely incompetent employees. I need to hear back from someone or I will be posting to holiday stores Facebook page and shakopee community page and calling the police and reporting the incident and continuing to call the store and ask for a manager and or messaging corporate as this is unbelievable behavior to be harassing a 64 year old man who is just looking for his phone. That phone was indeed on loud thank goodness and there is no way no one heard it the 13 times I called between 214 and 302 when we got his phone back. There was absolutely malicious intent or complete incompetence and I expect better from our favorite neighborhood gas station."

"On average over the past 10 years I have received courteous service. The store is regularly clean and well stocked. The car wash pass is an incredible value to me, especially during the winter and spring months of the year. It is seldom that I have more than one person in line in front of me. It happens but not often enough that I would dock their rating because of it. The fueling station is kept clean and they have upgraded their pumps twice throughout the years. Clean windshield squeegees and window cleaner are available, and paper towels are almost always fully stocked. Bathrooms have been clean and stocked the few times I've used them. Customer service has at the minimum always been acceptable and excellent at its best. I cannot recall ever being treated rudely, but always walk away having had a good to even pleasant experience. Their store is always well lit. Even though this particular location is just off the highway, I have never felt anything but comfortable regardless of the time of day or night that I've visited."
