"I have been coming here for over 7 years and have only seen minor complaints. Now days I have seen two employees who're newer to me being super racists to certain kind of costumers, especially the short lady with glasses. I have seen a man feeling terrible how that lady was treating him. Hey! Everybody spends money at your store so the employer pay your salary. Probably they wouldn't care. By the way, both employees look dirty. Sorry for the bad review but your employees need retraining."

"They IDed my son, wife, and I when trying to get a wood tip black and mild. And refused to sell it to us even after I told them he was 12 years old. I purchase one once a year on the day of my father's passing in celebration of his life. They made a rought day even tougher calling me a liar, and saying it didn't matter if I came up with his 7th grade ID they still would need a state issued one. This was the assistant manager and a 16 year old. Have not been back since even after we went and talked to the store Manager. I dont want that anxiety and stress they put my son and I through. We went to the SA with our son an purchased one just fine."
