"Good place to get a quick gift for the kiddos. Lots of options. Not the best quality but just like everything else ur getting what u pay for."
"Drove 25 minutes to get there, and the doors were locked with all inside lights on? On a Tuesday. At 2pm. With NO note on the door indicating they were closed. Tried calling whilst sitting in the parking lot...surprise surprise...NO answer there either. Will NEVER attempt to go here again. 0 out of 5 star if I could give it that...unfortunately Google won't allow it."
"The Shakopee Store now sucks! Matt Is the worst thing to happened to the store! He has ruined the store. Closed it even earlier, Fired the hardest working manager ever and then expected employees, who walked out, to help him do a job he should know. I don't understand how he's still a DM."
"They say they are open, yet when you get there their doors are locked and have a sign on the door that they aren’t open. What’s the point of the business hours posted? Closed at 4PM is wild. Also there’s been multiple occasions where I’ve went in and had no interaction with any workers. That’s fine for me but I find it weird that any other customer that walks in gets greeted at the door and gets told have a good day."
"Always friendly employees, they are always helpfulwhen we go in, it was a little clustered, but they must have just received a shipment, but best to only take out what's going to be put away right away so it's will be safe for everyone walking around. We usually use the self checkouts but super nice staff was willing to help us even with 2 girls who love talking. Thank you!!"
