"Okay neighborhood pool. Small and child friendly. Includes kiddie pool and splash pad. Pool itself needs to be resurfaced and concrete paving joints around pool have grass growing. Definitely needs maintenance this autumn. Also needs expansion for "adult" swim and tanning area. [Yes, I have kids.]"
