"I am happy to report that my shower temperature was stable. I also have not gotten water in my bathroom, however, now when I do my laundry the laundry room flooded. I took pictures but it's difficult to see. It is wet under all of the washers and dryers."

"It's been a week here and I know it's going to be a good stay. Maintenance is quick, professional, and courteous. Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicates well. Location is close to everything I need including bank, my kids school, my workplace, church, groceries, it's so central. The size of the apt is bigger than the cost and all the amenities makes me feel like I'm living in a coveted high rise."

"Our lease is almost over after one year of renting, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The new manager, Marinny, is super organized and truly cares about your experience while staying here. She communicates in a timely manner with us regarding any questions or concerns that we may have. Maintenance is also great as well and is able to get things fixed asap. Housekeeping is very friendly and pretty good at keeping the place clean as well (I go outside often to pick up packages and see her cleaning the lobby quite often). If I could rent here again in the future, I probably would."
