Wheelock Ridge Villa Apartments

"Moved in feb 2023 moved out feb 2024 the whole time living there its was mice and roaches .people left trash with dirty diapers and food in the hall way .every week someone would come try to open my door and bang on the door saying they lived in my unit but it was clear they were drunk and every week and little girl would come bang on my door and the few time's I opened the door she would try to come in my unit while her mom stood there laughing every weekend there was loud music and all through out the week neighbors and kids would run up and down the hall screaming and also in the units next door and the unit above me . Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in"

"Convenient housing close to everything I need. Management is decent. Parking can be tough if you come home late. Poor pet policy."

"Oh where do I start Roaches, their always around even with pest control they stay in your apartment constantly. Packages get stolen a lot. Dirty hallways in the weekends. Kids drinking Hennessy in the front entry way. The pool area, anything goes when management is not there. Like dogs in the pool, kids swimming in dirty underwear, loud parties. Management does nothing about it at all. Don't move here. It's not worth the rent you pay to deal with loud neighbors who are dirty and have no respect"

"-The quality of resident has dropped significantly, since Covid. I already can not have Amazon delivered, because they steal packages. What we can look forward to: Consistent breaking of Washers and Dryers, damage to Fitness room, Pool and Hot Tub issues, Spills and garbage in Hallway and on Carpets, Parking lot used as Auto Repair Shop, noise, domestic disturbances, Rocks used to Prop open exterior door, messy Garbage area, Crime (our Lobby and Fitness Center Flat Screens)."

"Love My apartment. Love that my kids and I have access to the pool the gym and we have washer and dryer on each flight of floors and each section. No need to go too far for you clothes. Access ♿ for people with disabilities. I mean want a wonderful place to live."
