"This hotel experience has been my first hotel that has had no towels in the pool and when I went to ask for a towel the staff rudely told me they didn't have any. They also left the window open in winter! So when I came to my room it was freezing. They also gave us the wrong sized beds. the staff was extremely rude. The hallway were also disgusting it looked like they haven't vacuumed in a week. There were also holes in the beding."

"I'm a long term guest and I love the customer service here. Always very helpful and accommodating. Great location right off of the metro transit light rail and close to Downtown Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Clean rooms, quiet hallways and lovely pool and hot tub that my kids and I enjoy!!!"

"I have been here since October and I absolutely love it it's convenient to work. Convenient to all the fast food places I like. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to town. Yesterday I just got married in the pool area of this hotel and the staff was wonderful they cleaned the pool area out for me so that it was just me and my guest that were here it was wonderful I really appreciate this hotel."

"So I was staying there for about two months and noticed under new ownership things have gotten way better changes are happening to the rooms staff is always willing to help you when needed… the front desk manager Kim is great the security man is fair and is quick to solve issues on the premises the night staff also want your stay to be welcoming they overall are a great bunch of people and hard workers I say it was a good experience"

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Advertise no smoking, entire place including room reeks. Advertise free breakfast, this does not exist either. Hot tub was luke warm. Cigarette burns through our bed sheets, and topped off with black stains on pillow upon arrival. Went to turn TV on and it was completely broken. When refund was requesting the customer service was awful. Got charged almost $300 for staying 1 night and keep being told “call tomorrow” 3 days in a row. Would never recommend staying here to anyone!!!"
