"Love the location and how the building is kept. I did have to ask management 3 times to fix my electric, there was a short in the wall that wasn't being fixed properly. The shower is a little clastraphobic because it requires shower curtains around the perimeter. I was unable to play my music during nonquiet hours without getting a noise complaint from my fellow tenants. Overall a decent place to live for the price. I was sold on the charm and the ease of the location, but not the tenants or Management."
